As part of the Youth Conference on Pakistanโs Vision for 2047, Ms. Jahan Ara Manzoor Wattoo will engage with young Pakistanis on the pivotal role of youth in shaping the next chapter of the countryโs journey.
Coming from a distinguished public-service family, she is the daughter of Mian Manzoor Ahmad Wattoo, former Chief Minister of Punjab and a veteran public figure who has served in several important governmental and constitutional positions.
Building her own professional journey in public service, Ms. Jahan Ara Manzoor Wattoo has developed experience in social protection, child welfare, inclusion and public policy, including work and engagement concerning vulnerable children and child protection.
She currently serves as Vice Chairperson, Punjab Social Protection Authority, contributing to efforts aimed at strengthening social protection and extending meaningful support and opportunities to vulnerable and deserving segments of society.
Her session will explore how young Pakistanis can move from being beneficiaries of todayโs systems to becoming the leaders, innovators and responsible citizens who shape Pakistanโs tomorrow.
The conversation will highlight the importance of youth leadership, social responsibility, inclusion, opportunity and meaningful participation in building a stronger Pakistan for 2047.
