On the occasion of International Youth Day 2025, the Pakistan Youth Parliament Sindh Cabinet hosted an insightful Panel Discussion at the School of Law, University of Karachi, bringing together distinguished legal experts, educators, and emerging youth leaders to explore the role of young people in shaping Pakistan’s future.
The panel featured Dr. Soniya Syed, Mrs. Um e Salma, Ms. Erum Iftakhar, Mr. Muzamil Pajwani, and Mr. Syed Sheryar, with the discussion moderated by Ms. Mahnoor Ayaz and hosted by M. Salman Ayaz. Key themes included youth engagement, legal literacy, skills development, leadership, and nation-building, highlighting the importance of equipping young people with the knowledge and capabilities to participate meaningfully in society.
The event also featured an oath-taking ceremony, followed by awards of gratitude and appreciation for the dedicated team members whose efforts contributed to the success of the initiative. The announcement of e-certificates further recognized the participation and contributions of those involved.
The program was organized by Shujaat Ali, M. Salman Ayaz, and Toufeeq Ahmed, with design support by Khubaib Ali and registration managed by Muqadas, Mehreen, and Zeeshan Ali.
The gathering reaffirmed Pakistan Youth Parliament’s commitment to empowering the country’s 67% youth population through education, leadership, civic awareness, and meaningful opportunities for engagement—strengthening the foundation for a more informed, skilled, and responsible generation of future leaders.
